If you are having a problem with your subscription, please don’t hesitate to contact us.
If you would like to request a refund simply login to your account, hover over “My Account” and click “Manage Subscriptions”
If you are on a mobile device, tap the mobile menu icon
Then tap "My Account", then "Manage Subscriptions"
If you have more than one subscription, you will see them all listed on this page.
If you are within our 14-day refund window you will see a button that says “Request Refund”
After you have submitted a refund request, we will be in touch within 24-48 hours.
Once your refund is processed you will lose access to your paid products.
Do not click “Cancel Subscription” after requesting a refund, we will take care of it for you.
If you have more than one subscription, you will need to repeat this process for each subscription you would like to request a refund for.
